The visitor may be asked to enter the following data on the contact form: name, email address and company name.

Sunny Europe shall process the personal data of the registered visitors lawfully and more specifically based on the specific and informed consent given by the visitor to the processing of his or her personal data and/or for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Sunny Europe, implying the establishment and/or maintenance of a commercial relationship.

  • informing the visitors about products, services, activities and/or special offers, including marketing communication, of Sunny Europe, by sending periodic emails.

If the visitor believes that Sunny Europe processes incorrect personal data, the visitor can request Sunny Europe to correct this.

V. How long do we process the visitors’ personal data?

The personal data provided by the visitor are processed until the visitor withdraws his or her consent for the processing of his/her personal data. In any case, the visitor will be requested to review its consent after every period of two (2) years. If the visitor objects to further processing, the visitor’s personal data will be permanently deleted.
